"My Dream Job" 'Final Draft'

A job can be simply defined as a regular activity performed in exchange for payment. I believe that today you have to be extremely gifted at a job in order to be able to stay with it your entire working career. Nowadays many people are move from job to job seeking stability in their lives. Almost everyone enters the work force to try and provide whatever they can for their family. My dream job is to become a teacher.
I come from a long line of teachers, my great grandmother, my grandmother, father, older sister, and soon my older brother. Also I want to be a teacher. It’s my dream to make a difference in people’s lives at an early age where it will impact the rest of their lives. If I teach a child who goes on to be a lawyer, doctor, engineer, and professional football player and they can still remember me, I will be proud. I want to be able to share my knowledge with kids who more than deserve the best education they could possibly receive. A teacher’s job is very interesting, but at the same time is very difficult. Teaching is a multi-faceted profession and because of this, there are a lot of advantages and disadvantages of being a teacher.
On the one hand; to be a teacher is a great honor. The teacher is a manufacturer of generations in any country and at any time. He/she helps students to know life. He/she opens the door to unknown worlds. A teacher is like a friend or adviser of students, who shows or advises the students how to learn or to do something. Also, teaching could be an interesting job. Teachers always meet and communicate with interesting people. Sometimes a teacher can go to abroad and see how foreign students learning, so he/she has a chance to see a world and to meet other people. Teachers can organize excursions with students to visit some interesting places in their country or other countries. In addition that teacher can have a lot of children. All his/her students can be like his/her own children. It is good for a teacher especially if he/she has not got his/her own family and children. Then his/her students are a family for him/her and teacher does not feel             lonely.
On the other hand, teaching can be a complex job. The teacher not only has to teach students, but he/she is expected to be a friend to them. He/she should be interested in the students’ world: their problems, fashions, views to life and enjoyments. Also, a teacher has not much free time for his/her family, he/she forgets his/her own children, he/she has to work not only at school but at home too, a teacher’s pay is not very big. So a teacher has not much free time for himself/herself and his/her family. Teachers spend a lot of time at school and even they have to work at home: to make lesson plans, to do all those reports about theirclasses .
Thus, I was probably born with a white board marker in hand, my dream of becoming a teacher doesn’t have to do with the fact I have come from generations and generations of teachers. It has to do with the fact that I couldn’t see myself being happy doing anything else. I honestly believe that God has pointed me in the direction of teaching so teaching is my passion and my dream.

The Education system in Egypt "Final Draft"

Eid Adha Mubarak
The education system is a mirror in any society that reflects the culture. Education is the basis of progress in any country whereby it is a measure of progress and civilization. There are a number of similarities among educational systems in all countries e.g. student, teacher, books and blackboards, but the way of using them is different. In Egypt, there are a lot of problems which faced educational system. It becomes as punishment.  When Child has a six year, he is punished by going to school and graduate to face other punishments
On the one hand, the first educational problem of public schools is the large school size and student population. On an average, most public schools are twice the size of private schools, so millions of student didn't benefit from curriculum. Another educational problem of public schools is higher rate of violence and student dropout. There are many students who might threaten their classmates. They might use abusive language and dominate them physically or mentally.  In addition that, the curriculum is only depending on memorizing and learning by heart. Also it's very difficult to be understood and isn't connected with society and age. Also the examinations aren`t connected with the objectives of curriculum. In addition that, the deterioration of relations between teacher and students.  Now private lessons became a major source of income to the teacher that lead to the disappearance of the image of the model teacher. Also schools are on the verge of collapse. A lot of schools without windows, roofs and water closets.
According to the above mentioned; high education isn't useful for students because of lack of facilities. Poverty of the educational system in Egyptian universities doesn't help for scientific researches and creativity .The curriculum in university doesn't connect with scientific progress but depend on memorizing.
On the other hand, educational system needs a lot of modifications .First; the number of student should be decreased. Second; schools can prevent violence by providing security to some extent. Third; curriculum should be connected with the needs of society by changing the elements of educational process and reformation it in a scientifically way.  Also, examination should connect with the objectives of curriculum .Also it shouldn't only depend on memorizing but understanding. Fourth, school building should be developed and restoration. Finally, government should spend more money on scientific researches and encourage creative students to improve their abilities.
Thus, improving the educational system isn't the responsibility of government alone as all members of society should be involved in the improvement process.  As it's our future which we should do our best to make it better as we can.

organ transportation"Final Draft"

Organs transportation is the process of   removing an organ or tissue from one person (the organs donor) and placing it into another person (the recipient). This may be done when your organ has stopped working or stopped working well because of disease or injury. Not all organs can be transplanted. Organs and tissues that can be transplanted include Liver, Kidney, Pancreas, Heart, Lung, Intestine Cornea, Middle ear, Skin, Bone, Bone marrow, Heart valves and Connective tissue. Not everyone is a good candidate for an organ transplant. You probably are not a good candidate if you have an infection, heart disease that is not under control, a drug or alcohol problem, or another serious health problem. Organs transportation has supporting and opposing views.

On the one hand; organs transportation has many advantages. Organs donation is a lifesaving gift to a person who needs a healthy organ. One organs donor can save up to 8 lives by donating their heart, lungs, liver, kidney, pancreas, and intestines. Most of the patients organs got very bad disease, and the medicine can't control their bad organs, for example, cancer, the heart disease and kidney disease; etc. the only way to recover is getting another organ to do the transplantation as soon as possible. Also organs transplants is  the ways to increase the number of organs available for transplant and thus reduce the number of patients who die every day waiting for a new heart, liver, or kidney.
Religious beliefs that there isn't any evidence on sanctity and proscriptions of organ transportation. The prophet Mohamed said that man should love for the other what he loves for himself. So, people should know that organ transportation is a kind of charity for them after their death and a way of saving other's lives.

On the other hand, there are some people who refuse organs transportation. The surgery and the loss of an organ or tissue do carry potential risks for the donor Payment for organ donation could lead to a black market for human organs. Also religious beliefs in the sanctity of the body and proscriptions against body mutilation. Man doesn't have the right to sale his body because Allah is the owner of this body. Also Islam said that no one has the right to cut any part of a dead man because sanctity of the body.  In addition that the language of "gifts" , "donations", " heroic rescues" and "saving lives" are masks for illegal practices are used to obtain the desired of organ sale.

I think organs donation is not forbidden but organs sale is forbidden .man can donate with his organ without having any money. Also organs donation must have some rules. Firstly; the organ which the man donates must be organ that man can life without it such as kidney .secondly; these organs must not cause body mutilation. In addition to the above mention; government must makes rules to control on organs transportation.
Thus, I want to tell people that don't take your organs to Heaven, Heaven knows we need them here".
